Pursuant to FAA AMS clause 3.14-2 (f), you will ensure “No contractor employee will work in a high, moderate, or low risk position unless the SSE has received all forms necessary to conduct any required investigation and has authorized the contractor employee to begin work.” NOTE: This authorization comes in the form of an Interim or Final Suitability notification email and/or letter.

Pursuant to FAA AMS clause 3.14-2(g), you will ensure “If FAA issued the terminated employee an identification card, the contractor must collect the card and submit it to the SSE.”
